We are a manufacturer of aluminium honeycomb panel located in Guangzhou city, China. The main product that we manufacturer is aluminum honeycomb panel but we also produce honeycomb core panels with other metals like copper, stainless steel, titaninium zinc; or with non metal like FRP sheets. Our main technical engineers has more than 15 years experience in the manufacturing of aluminum honeycomb panels, so we could offer to customers good solutions for their projects; No matter to achieve a better decoration effects or to save customer's costs. So we are a solution provider too, not just simply a manufacturer of aluminum honeycomb core panel.
Aluminium face sheets cutting and fabrication. We use roller coated aluminium coils to cut into aluminium sheets. And the aluminum face sheets is fabricated (cut, folded etc) to required size and shapes before we manufacture them into aluminum honeycomb panel.
After skin sheets fabrication, we send them to glue spraying. We use two components PU glue to bond the aluminum skins with honeycomb core. Glue is automatically sprayed onto back side of the aluminium sheets.
Then we assemble the top aluminum skins, bottom aluminum skins with the aluminum honeycomb core. After this we have manufactured a complete structure of aluminium honeycomb panel.
Glue curing of aluminium honeycomb core panels take some time. We have the pressing machine to press the panels in a pile and hold them for abut 8 hours.
After the glue is completely cured, we will need to do edge trimming or cut to size.
