What is Aluminium Honeycomb Cleanroom Partition Wall Panel?

First, a cleanroom is a facility used for special purposes including for specialized indutrial production or scientific study. People will produce pharmaceutical products, circuits, LCD, OLED products etc in it. And the cleanroom partition wall panel is the panel to seperate these indoor area into rooms for above purpose. Aluminium honeycomb panel is one of the ideal material for such partition wall applications.

Basic information of aluminium honeycomb used as cleanroom partition wall panel:

1. Honeycomb panel thickness: 70mm as standard. Optional any thickness from 8mm to 100mm.

2. Panel skin thickness: 0.7mm on each side. Optional can be 0.8mm to 1mm.

3. Colors: glossy white color on both sides. Customized colors are available.

4. Panel dimension: unlimited panel sizes, we cut as per your request.

5. Weight: approx. 7KGS/m2 (based on 70mm thick)
   

Why do we use Aluminium honeycomb panel as cleanroom partition wall panel?

1. Thick panel but light weighted. Generally we use 70mm thick panel as the cleanroom wall, but it weighs only 7kgs/m2. It is easy for installers to carry and install.

2. The two sides of honecomb panel is pre-coated with nice looking glossy white color. There is no need to do any rendering or painting after the partition wall is done.

3. The aluminium honeycomb panel is rigid and flat. There is no further reinforcements needed on panel during the building of cleanroom.

4. Easy and fast installation. Generally it's recommened to install this aluminium honeycomb partition panel with a proper design of aluminium extrusions. I shape of aluminium extrusion is used to assemble panel to panel, and for panel edges a C capping will be used for edge enclosure.
