Aluminium Honeycomb Composite Panel is a type of lightweight sandwich panel. It is consisted of two layers of aluminium sheets (on top side & bottom side respectively) and glued to a hollow hexagonal shape aluminium honeycomb core. 

Panel size: standard size is 1220x2440mm (equivalent to 4x8'). We also produce big panel size up to 2200x12000mm.

Core: Lightweight aluminium honeycomb core

Surface of aluminium: Mill finish, PVDF coating or PE coating in different colors, Anodized surface etc.

Applications: This aluminium honeycomb composite sandwich panel is mainly used for building wall decoration or partition, and false ceiling.

Features of China 1220x2440mm Lightweight Aluminium Honeycomb Core Composite Sandwich Panel for Wall and Ceiling:

1. The aluminium honeycomb composite panel is lightweight. Because the aluminium honeycom core is just made of aluminium foil 0.05mm thick but made into strong hexagonal structure.

2. The flatness of aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel is superb. The three layers composite structure makes the panel top skin & bottom skin in a good tensile balance. In this case the panel surface is flat, een when panel is big.

3. The surface of aluminium honeycomb panel is available in many different options. We can do pre-painted colors as customers requirements; We also can supply panels in mill finish then customers try to stick vinyl or powdercoat into any color they want (PS: if customers need to do powdercoat, we need to use special type of glue).

4. We offer many different panel size, not just 1220x2440mm. We do cut to size, to minimize customer's wastage rate of materials.

5. Easy installation. If we use this lightweight honeycomb panel for installation of facade, we can pre-fabricate the panels as per customers drawing; And if it's used as ceiling, ceiling elevation will look flat and there are very few joints.
